Are there any additional costs besides the price of the stay?
No. The price of the stay includes all costs regardless of the number of guests except for electricity consumption, which is calculated at the end of the vacation at 0.25 cents per kWh.
How far are the nearest public beaches and bathing establishments?
Both the public beaches and the private beach clubs are less than a 5-minute walk away. Casa Luz is the closest to the sea and is only 3 minutes from the beach.
Do the apartments have private parking with assigned spaces?
Casa Moira and casa Flora has a private communal parking lot. The other apartments do not have assigned parking, but there are ample public and private parking lots nearby. Generally, there are no parking issues except during certain hours on holidays in peak season (around August 15th).
Until what time is check-in and check-out possible?
Check-in is possible at any time after 2 PM. Self check-in service is also available during nighttime hours. Check-out is possible at any time before 10 AM. In case there are no guests arriving on the same day as check-out, it is possible to request a more flexible check-out time.
Is it possible to get a discount on the published price?
Generally, demand for these apartments is very high, so it's difficult to offer discounts, especially during peak seasons like July and August. Sometimes there may be available days due to last-minute cancellations, and in those cases, discounts of 10 to 20% off the published rates may be possible.
Is the reservation refundable in case of cancellation?
All reservations are non-refundable.
