Welcome to VocBox! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services provided by VocBox ("App"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Purpose and Scope

VocabMaster is designed to assist users in storing and managing their personal vocabulary using Core Data technology within the app.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and adhering to community guidelines outlined within the app.

3. Data Collection and Storage

We collect and store user-provided data, such as vocabulary entries, securely using Core Data within the app. 

4. Usage Permissions

By using our App, you grant permissions necessary for its functionality, such as accessing your device's storage for data storage and retrieval, and network access for synchronization purposes.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You own the data you enter into VocBox and can delete or export it at any time. Our privacy policy outlines how we use and protect your data, ensuring confidentiality and anonymizing aggregated data for analysis.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the content you add to VocBox. Content contributed by users shall not be used or shared outside the app without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

VocabMaster is provided "as is," and we are not liable for any data loss, technical issues, or inaccuracies within the app. Users agree to use the app at their own risk.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes made to these Terms.

9. Termination of Services

We may terminate services or access to the app if users violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or fail to comply with our guidelines.

10. Services

Our platform allows users to store, edit, and organize vocabulary, initially with a set limit on words. Upgrading to paid features unlocks more capabilities or allows purchases of items within the platform. For more details, refer to the "Purchases" section below.

11. Purchases

VocBox offers enhanced Services through a yearly Subscription. By making a purchase, you agree to provide Payment Information for Transactions. You authorize us to handle payments, cover additional charges, and complete Transactions via third-party providers. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Kindly address concerns with us before disputing charges. We reserve the right to cancel orders, verify identities, and may adjust Subscription pricing, with prior notice. Cancelling the subscription renewal is possible through the App Provider; refunds for the current period are not provided. Your purchases are not contingent on future functionality or statements by VocBox.
