Vocal Remover & Karaoke AI ("Stemora", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our mobile application.
By installing or using Vocal Remover & Karaoke AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
A. Audio Files & Media Content (On-Device Processing)
The App is designed to process audio files selected by you for vocal removal and stem separation. When you choose an audio file, the App accesses that file solely to provide core features, including:
Removing vocals and creating instrumental tracks
Extracting vocal stems
Creating karaoke tracks
Previewing and playing processed audio stems
Mixing and exporting processed audio
Important: Your selected audio files and exported stems are processed directly on your device. We do not upload, store, monitor, or listen to your audio files on our servers. Your audio content is never shared with advertisers, third-party marketing networks, or used for profiling.
B. Exported Files
When you export an audio result (in WAV or MP4A/M4A format), the file is saved directly to your device’s internal or external storage based on your permissions. You have full ownership and control over these files and can delete or move them at any time.
C. Information Automatically Collected via Third-Party SDKs
While the App does not require user registration or personal details (such as your name, email, or phone number), our integrated third-party service providers (specifically Google AdMob and Firebase/Google Play Services) automatically collect certain pseudonymous technical information to serve advertisements and ensure app stability:
Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID), unique device identifiers.
Device & Technical Information: Device manufacturer, model, operating system version, system language, network carrier, and screen resolution.
Location Information: General, coarse location derived from IP address (country or city level; we do not access precise GPS location).
Ad Interaction & Performance Data: Impressions, ad views, ad clicks, ad loading latency, and crash diagnostics.
To keep the core features of the App free for everyone, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC.
Ad Formats Used in the App
Banner Ads: Displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads displayed during natural app transitions (such as upon selecting standard audio export).
Rewarded Video Ads: Optional full-screen video ads that users choose to watch to unlock premium lossless audio export (e.g., WAV format).
App Open Ads: Displayed when the App is brought to the foreground or opened from the background.
How AdMob Uses Data
Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers and device data to:
Deliver, personalize, and measure the effectiveness of advertisements.
Prevent ad fraud, invalid clicks, and abuse.
Frequency cap ads so you do not see the same ad repeatedly.

We may use diagnostic tools such as Firebase Crashlytics and Google Play Services to help us detect bugs, fix crashes, and improve overall app stability:
Crash Logs: Stack traces and system state at the moment of an unexpected application crash.
Diagnostics: Information about app launch times and memory performance.
This data is strictly non-personally identifiable and is used solely to maintain and improve application performance.
We do not collect or request sensitive personal information, including:
Real name, home address, or phone number
Contacts, SMS, or call logs
Photos, personal documents, or camera input
Health, biometrics, or financial account details
Precise GPS location data
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your audio files to any third party.
Advertising & Infrastructure Partners: We share automatically collected technical data (such as Advertising IDs and crash reports) only with trusted service providers (Google LLC) as necessary to operate ads and diagnostic services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
Opting Out of Personalized Advertising
You can control or reset how Google serves personalized ads on your Android device:
Open your device’s Settings.
Navigate to Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads).
Tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
You can also toggle Opt out of Ads Personalization (on supported Android versions).
When opted out, you will still see advertisements in the App, but they will be contextual or non-personalized rather than based on your interests.
File & Storage Permissions
You have complete control over granting or revoking storage permissions through your device settings at any time.
Vocal Remover & Karaoke AI is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt steps to remove such information.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect any data handled by the App. Because your audio files are processed locally on your device, your private music files never leave your device for our audio processing. However, please remember that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App provides AI tools for audio processing. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary legal rights, permissions, or licenses to import, separate, export, or share any audio files processed through the App. The App must not be used to infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.
