VocabVerse ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Learning Progress: We store your vocabulary learning progress, quiz scores, and completed lessons locally on your device.
Premium Subscription: If you purchase a premium subscription, payment information is processed by Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment details.
Settings & Preferences: Your app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Currently, we do not automatically collect any personal information, analytics, or usage data. All app functionality operates locally on your device without sending data to external servers.
We use the locally stored information to:
Provide and maintain the app's core functionality
Track your learning progress on your device
Save your preferences and settings
Process premium subscription purchases through Apple
Comply with legal obligations
Local Storage: Most of your data (learning progress, settings) is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms.
No Account Required: VocabVerse does not require you to create an account or provide personal information like email or name.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
No Cloud Sync: Currently, your data is not synced to cloud servers and remains on your device.
We use the following third-party services:
Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.
We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
VocabVerse is designed for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require registration or personal data collection. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the app.
You have the right to:
Access Your Data: View your learning progress and settings within the app.
Delete Your Data: Use the "Reset All Data" option in Settings to permanently delete all your local data.
Opt-Out: Disable haptic feedback and other optional features in Settings.
Cancel Subscription: Manage or cancel your premium subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
Your learning data is stored locally on your device until you delete the app or use the "Reset All Data" feature.
If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
We do not retain any data on external servers.
Vocably is available worldwide. By using the app, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of your location.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
