By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Vocabulary Flashcard is provided for educational and language-learning purposes.
You agree to:
Use the App lawfully
Not interfere with App functionality
Not attempt unauthorized access to systems or services
Not copy, distribute, or modify the App without permission
You may create custom vocabulary decks, notes, definitions, and learning content.
You retain ownership of content you create. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process such content solely to provide App functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Vocabulary Flashcard Pro offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions.
Available subscription plans may include:

Annual Subscription
Pricing may vary by country and is displayed within the App before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID Account Settings.
If offered, free trial eligibility is determined by Apple. At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial expires.
All App content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and designs are owned by Vocabulary Flashcard or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted availability
Error-free operation
Specific learning outcomes
Compatibility with all devices
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocabulary Flashcard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
Use of this App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
