This capstone project presents an Instructional Unit of the "Project Management in Instructional Design" course (part of the master's program) with a detailed storyboard of instruction and supporting instructional resources.

A lot of teachers after getting their degree start their career at school or university. Some of them after a while get a promotion to a principal or chair of the department where they have more responsibilities and have to handle performance problems. Moreover, in a college or university new programs have to be developed over time. Without additional skills and knowledge in instructional design and project management educational workers cannot produce a quality product.
The course is devoted to closing a gap in the development and management of an instructional product.
Provides detailed information on the course narrative, content hierarchy, flow chart and events.
Materials required for the Instructional Unit: Instructor's Guide, Materials for Students, PPTs.
Chronological diary of efforts to design, develop, and critique the unit.
Reviews on the Instructional Unit by peers.
