Transportation from Noi Bai airport to the conference hotel: The distance from the airport to the hotel is approximately 32 km (20 mi), with various travel options available.
A taxi ride to the hotel takes about 45 minutes and costs approximately 20 USD (about 500,000 VND). Grab and Be are widely recognized as the Uber(s) of South East Asia, offering an option to reserve a car, taxi, or motorbike. Besides ride-hailing, Grab is also an excellent app for food delivery.
For those seeking an alternative, Bus Express 86 operates from Noi Bai International Airport to Hanoi Railway Station (Le Duan Street). The ticket costs about 2 USD (45,000 VND) per person, with an estimated travel time of 55 minutes. Upon reaching the final stop, you can walk or take a taxi to the hotel, which is approximately 1.6 km (1 mi) away.

Lodging
The main conference hotel is the Hòa Bình Hotel, situated at 27 Lý Thường Kiệt, Hoàn Kiếm District, Hanoi. It is approximately 500m (1600 ft) from the conference venue.
