All the Ward Nodal Administrative secretaries are hereby instructed to coordinate with your ward Administrative secretaries to mobilise female functionaries & female volunteers to the women's day celebrations on 08-03-2022 , IGMC STADIUM

All the ward Administrative secretaries are informed to submit your respective WS wise data of all the female Functionaries & female Volunteers in the given LINK and also to the Nodal Administrative Secretaries & mobilise them by 7.30 AM TOMORROW (08-03-2022) AT PICKUP POINTS. ATTENDANCE of the respective WARD will be taken by the concerned nodal Administrative secretaries at IGMC to submit to the Authorities. If any deviation found, concerned will be held responsible.
