Research

Efficient Artificial Intelligence (AI)

While current AI technologies demonstrate impressive capabilities, the rapidly increasing complexity and size of AI models present significant challenges to hardware power consumption and memory bandwidth. Our research aims to address these challenges by developing innovative AI model optimization techniques and hardware accelerator architectures, enabling more efficient on-device AI implementations.

Innovative VLSI to Move/Store Data

The amount of digital data generated globally is increasing exponentially due to the proliferation of handheld devices and advances in AI. This exponential growth is fueling an urgent demand for innovative VLSI designs in data movement and storage. Our research concentrates on developing cutting-edge architectures and designs for digital communication and data storage systems to meet these evolving requirements.

Advanced System-on-a-Chip (SoC)

The escalating demands on VLSI designs highlight the critical importance of advanced SoC architectures. As the core infrastructure of modern digital systems, microprocessors, memory systems, and interconnection networks limit the performance and capabilities of the entire system. Our research is dedicated to developing advanced SoC architectures that enhance the efficiency and performance of digital systems.
