Privacy Policy — Copa
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy governs your use of the mobile application Copa
(previously released as RefAssistant) for iPhone and iPad, created by me,
Vladimir Muravev ("I", "me").
Copa lets you manage amateur football tournaments: teams, players, matches
and the events within those matches.
2. What I collect
Nothing. Copa contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no
user accounts. I receive no information about you or about how you use the
app, and I have no access to the content you create.
3. Where your data is stored
Everything you enter — teams, players, matches, tournaments and statistics
— is stored on your device.
If you are signed in to iCloud, this data is also synchronised through your
own private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit, so that it is available on
your other devices and survives a lost or replaced device. That data resides
in your personal Apple account: I have no access to it and it is not shared
with any third party. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's
own privacy policy.
Copa works fully offline. Syncing is optional and stops if you sign out of
iCloud or turn iCloud off for the app in Settings.
4. Sensitive data
Copa does not request or collect location, camera, microphone, contacts,
health or payment data.
5. Your choices
- Stop syncing: turn iCloud off for Copa in iOS Settings, or sign out of iCloud.
- Delete your data: remove items inside the app, or uninstall the app to erase
everything stored on the device. Data held in your iCloud account can be
managed in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.
6. Children
Copa is rated for all ages and collects no data, so no personal information
about children is gathered.
7. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy as the app develops. The current version is always
available at this address, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
8. Agreement
By using Copa, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
