I am an Assistant Professor at the College of Business, NTU Singapore. I am interested in studying human behavior and examining how humans interact with algorithms and impact performance on digital platforms. My research touches many platforms such as insurtech, last mile delivery, and healthtech. I also have an interest in understanding supply chain problems. I use Econometrics, Machine Learning, and Field Experiments.
