A Bay Area native, I was born and raised in Oakland, and received my Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

I currently work as an Electrical Engineering Technical Lead at Synapse, where I revel in interdisciplinary collaboration: tackling interesting problems across a variety of industries such as connected health, wearable technology, and micromobility. Prior to Synapse, I developed cutting-edge automation features for complex, multi-tooled 3D bioprinters at a San Francisco startup to improve the ease-of-use for researchers.

When I am not designing and testing in the office, you will find me on the road riding either my electric unicycle or acoustic bicycle, at home working on electronics and 3D printing projects, performing fancy yo-yo tricks, or tinkering with coffee brewing parameters in the quest for the perfect cup.
