Privacy Policy

The Vizura app respects your privacy and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal user information except as described below.

Camera Access
To enable augmented reality and room scanning features, the app uses the device camera. Video and photo data from the camera are processed solely on the device and are not transmitted to third parties or the developer.

Use of LiDAR
If your device supports LiDAR scanning, the app uses it to build point clouds, determine depth, and create 3D models of rooms and objects. All LiDAR data is processed exclusively on your device and is not sent to any third parties or the developer.

Data Saving and Export
Users can save app results (such as 3D models, point clouds, floor plans) as files (.usdz, .ply) and export them via system-standard methods. File sending happens only at the user's initiative.

Data Processing and Storage
All created data and projects are stored only on the user's device and are not uploaded to external servers.

Data Deletion
All your created information is stored only on your device and can be manually deleted via the app interface or by removing the respective files.

Advertising and Third-Party SDKs
The app uses Yandex Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. Yandex Mobile Ads SDK may collect the following information for advertising purposes:

• Device identifiers (such as IDFA, if permitted)

• Device information (model, OS version, language, region)

• IP address (for geo-targeting at the city level, without precise geolocation)

• Information about app usage and interaction with ads

This data can be transferred to Yandex and processed in accordance with the Yandex Privacy Policy and Advertising Policy.
The developer does not have access to these data sets.

You can manage data collection for advertising purposes in your device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking”).

Third-Party Services
The app does not use third-party analytics or integrations with external platforms, except for Yandex Mobile Ads SDK as described above, which is used solely for displaying ads.

Personal Data
The app does not collect, process, or transmit personal data such as name, address, contact information, or precise location.

Diagnostics and Errors
The app does not send error reports to the developer nor collects diagnostic data.

Age Restrictions
The app is not intended for use by children under 13 years old.

Data Security
All user data is stored exclusively on your device.

Policy Changes
If the privacy policy changes, an updated version will be published in the app.
