This consent applies to all activities, stations, workshops, and events hosted by VIZUAL EFFXX’S S.T.E.A.M. Makers Lab. By participating in or allowing a minor to participate in any Makers Lab activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

5. Age‑Restricted Activities: Some activities are marked with an asterisk (*) due to the use of heat, permanant glues, hot tools, or ingredient mixing. These activities are recommended for ages 16+. If I choose to allow a participant under 16 to engage in these activities, I agree to have the additional Activity Waiver signed for each participant and accept full responsibility.

Some of our Makers Lab activities are marked with an *asterisk because they involve heat, hot tools, or permanant glue and special ingredient mixing. For safety and quality control, these stations are only available for participants ages 16 and up.
This guideline comes from hands‑on experience as well as trial‑and‑error, ensuring that every event remains safe, smooth, and enjoyable for all participants.
Activities that may require age restrictions include (but are not limited to):
Heat‑press or sublimation projects
Permanent glue activities
Resin‑style or adhesive‑heavy projects
Any activity involving hot plates, heat guns, or chemical reactions
We love creating unforgettable experiences — and keeping everyone safe is our top priority!
However, if a client wishes to include these activities for participants under the age limit, a signed waiver is required for each participant under the age limit before the event begins. This ensures that all guardians understand the risks and agree to the safety guidelines we follow.
**PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE AGREEMENT AND MAKE A COPY FOR EACH UNDER-AGED PARTICIPANT TO HAVE SIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN, ***MUST BE RETURN BY ONE SCANED EMAIL NO LATER THAN 48HRS BEFORE THE EVENT.
