Setting up a Vizio Smart TV is easy and only takes a few minutes. This guide explains how to connect your TV to Wi-Fi, link it using vizio.com/setup, and start streaming step by step.
Plug in your TV, insert the remote batteries, and press the Power button to turn it on.
Select your preferred language and country/region using the remote.
Go to Settings > Network > Wireless, choose your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password.
A stable internet connection is required to continue setup.
Your TV will display a setup/activation code on the screen.
On your phone or computer, open a browser and go to: vizio.com/setup
Enter your email and password.
If you don’t have an account, click Create Account and register.
Type the code shown on your TV into the website and click Continue.
Follow the remaining instructions on your TV to finish setup, including privacy and update options.
Once linked, you can access Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Hulu, and more.
