How to Set Up Your VIZIO.com: Wi-Fi, QR Code, and Account 

Setting up a new VIZIO TV can be simple when you follow the right steps. During the initial setup, you may need to connect to Wi-Fi, scan a QR code, and sign in or create a VIZIO account. 

1. Turn On Your VIZIO TV

Start by connecting your VIZIO TV to a power outlet. Turn it on using the remote and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

Select your preferred language and continue with the setup process.

2. Connect Your TV to Wi-Fi

A stable internet connection helps you access streaming services and other online features.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the network or Wi-Fi setup option.

2. Select your home Wi-Fi network.

3. Enter your Wi-Fi password.

4. Select Connect.

5. Wait a few moments for the TV to connect.

If the connection fails, check that your Wi-Fi password is correct and that your router is working properly.

3. Use the QR Code

After scanning:

QR Code Doesn't Scan

Clean your phone's camera lens and hold the phone steadily over the QR code. Make sure the entire code is visible on the screen.

Account Sign-In Isn't Working

Double-check your login details and make sure your TV has an active internet connection. If necessary, use the account recovery option provided on the sign-in screen.
