A telescope with two eyepieces can be borrowed from the Club.
One should be a regular member (life/annual/student) of VAC at least for six months.
In case of any damage, the member has to replace the part.
NOTE : VAC reserves the right to allow/deny access to the telescope library facility.

Fill out the Request a Telescope form with your details:

Our team will review your request as soon as possible or maximum of 48 hours (in extremely bussiness condition).
Once approved, you’ll receive an email / whatsapp with:
Confirmation of your booking.
Instructions for pickup or delivery.
Step 3: Receive and Use the Telescope

Pick up the telescope from one of our local partner locations, or we’ll ship it to you (depending on availability).
We’ll provide a quick-start guide to help you assemble and use the telescope.

Step 4: Return the Telescope

At the end of your rental period, return the telescope to the designated location or ship it back using the discussed mode of transportation.
Ensure the telescope is in good condition and properly packed.

Terms and conditions
Rental charges are calculated on from pickup, calculation starts from the time of pickup to the time of dropping back.
First cum first service basis, booking isn't confirm until the rental is paid. Talks of booking can't be considered as equiment booked.
Once equipment is received take a uncut video of things along with the picture and tracking link of delivery partner.
Rental rates provided is valid for 24 hours only, after 24 hours next day charge will be counted.
Security deposit will be refunded within minimum 24-60 hours maximum after returning all the items, not at the time of return (team need time to verify if all the equiment materials given were returned without damages and in working condition)
We collect a small security deposit to keep bad actors away. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 24-60 hours of product return. We will seek your UPI/Bank IMPS details for the same. Incase of any defects in the returned product, our damage policy shall apply.
In the event of a loss due to a damaged product or the loss of the product, the team has right to deduct the amount from the security deposit
