Vivian is the owner and primary caregiver behind Vivian Pet Care. She has a lifelong love of animals and experience caring for dogs and cats with a wide range of personalities, needs, and routines. Her approach focuses on providing consistent, attentive care so pets feel safe, understood, and comfortable while their owners are away.

When she’s not caring for client pets, Vivian spends time with her husband Craig, and their two daughters, Iris and Autumn, along with their own pets, which helps shape the home-centered, family-style environment she brings to every stay.

Pets stay in a welcoming home setting where they can settle in and feel at ease during their stay. Dogs are not kenneled for the majority of the day and are free to move between indoor living spaces as part of their normal routine. There is also a fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor time, along with a balance of rest, play, and downtime throughout the day.
