THESIS TITLE: Analog Validation of Analog IP’s embedded inside SoC
It aims to validates the electrical parameters of analog IPs like SAR ADC, IO Pad, PMU, TSENSE etc. embedded inside SoC across different PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) against the design specification parameters of the IP’s. This is Post-Silicon Validation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding and framing of the test conditions for validation.
• Establishment of bench test setup for particular IP.
• Configuring automated test environment using Autolab Labwindows/CVI.
• Writing AUTOLAB recipe(.tst) to automate the test of particular analog IP.
• Silicon Debugging using Trace32 debugger.
• Validated PMU, SAR ADC, Temp. sensor, IO Pads.
• Hands-On Experience of LAB Equipment's: High Definition Digital & Mixed signal Oscilloscope, Keithely Source meter, Function Generator, Programmable DC power Supply, Logic Analyzer, Digital Multi meter, Precision Temperature Forcing System, Applicos ATX7006, Audio Precision System, AUTOLAB, TRACE 32 Debugger, Soldering.
