Vivekananda Preschool’s Christmas Celebration
Christmas commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ, whom Christians believe to be the Son of God. The term "Christmas" is derived from the Mass of Christ (or Jesus). A mass service (also known as Communion or Eucharist) is where Christians remember Jesus' death and resurrection.
A Christmas celebration was also organized at the Nochchimoddai Vivekananda Community Centre. The program began at 9.30 a.m. on December 22nd. This celebration is attended by all Vivekananda Preschool students. First, we light the oil lamp and welcome guests to our event.
Chief Guest is Mr. Ch. Rajeshwaran, Honour Rev. Jaganathan and the other special guests were the school teachers and principal. Also Honour Rev. gave the speech of the guest.
Because of this celebration, our children at Vivekananda Preschool had a wonderful time and gained valuable experience. We can see how content they are with those innocent eyes. Doing something out of the ordinary makes children extremely happy. They enjoy experiencing various types of days and accumulating memories. In addition, we organized a performance by our children. They did an excellent job.
Following the children's performance, Village Development Officer Mr. Ketheeswaraj delivered a speech. We also gave our children gifts. They were overjoyed because they had received gifts. That pleased us as well. Finally, the event concluded with a thank-you speech. And we'd like to thank everyone who helped us make this event a success. We at Vivekananda Preschool do our best with the assistance of Pumi Tech (Pvt) Ltd.
