Part A

tween 80: non-ionic surfactant that is widely used as an emulsifier in cosmetics
cetyl alcohol: helps thicken and add texture to cosmetic products, such as creams and lotions where it increases thickness, emulsifies and improves both feel and application
Beeswax: used in makeup products because it's a natural emulsifier, allowing the liquid and oil components of makeup to bind together and hold. It increases the thickness of solid products such as lipstick, giving them structure and keeping them solid to allow for smooth application
Mineral oil: help to soften, cleanse, and moisturize the skin

Part B

zinc oxide: used as a bulking agent and a colorant
Talc: used in products to absorb moisture, prevent caking, improve consistency, or to make a product opaque
Glycerin: used safely in numerous cosmetics and personal care products such as soaps, toothpaste, shaving cream, and skin/hair care products to provide smoothness and lubrication
Pigment: used as coloring agent
