Delete your account and associated data
Vivara lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data we hold for that account directly in the app. You do not need to email us to complete deletion.
In the app (recommended)
Open Vivara and sign in.
Go to Profile (bottom tab).
Scroll to Account → <strong>Delete account.
Follow the confirmation steps. This removes your sign-in and performs a best-effort purge of your app data on our servers (see the in-app notice for details).
If you cannot use the app, open the Privacy Policy from a device where Vivara is installed:
Profile → Legal & Privacy → Privacy Policy
(it opens in your browser). Use the contact or support information there to request account deletion, and include the email address associated with your account.
