Intermediate Macroeconomics - notes

All these chapters were written quite a long time ago. We followed the old approach of explaining macro relationships with variables expressed in terms of levels instead of using rates of change. We feel very unsatisfied with the state of these notes and, probably, will leave them as they are at the moment.

Two chapters ("12_Macroeconomic Equilibrium" and "13_Economic Policy") are in a poor state of development, and for that reason, they are not displayed here.
