My research sits at the intersection of development economics, public policy and migration. I am particularly interested in the impacts of humanitarian aid and the role of informal credit systems, with a focus on refugee households and market dynamics. Methodologically, I combine experimental and quasi-experimental approaches with in-depth interviews and ethnographic work. My research spans across academic and policy-oriented publications, including working papers, research reports, and applied studies produced in collaboration with international organizations.
