This Privacy Policy applies to the Vitary mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), created by Bello A (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free, offline application.

The Application is designed to work completely offline. 

- No Data Collection: The Service Provider does not collect, access, store, or transmit any personal, medical, or usage data. 

- Local Storage Only: All data manually entered by the user is stored EXCLUSIVELY on the user's local device.

- No Registration: The Application does not require user registration or account creation.

2. Automatically Collected Information and Analytics

The Application does not collect any information automatically. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or advertising identifiers.

3. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

Since no personal or medical data is collected, no data is ever shared, sold, or transmitted to third parties, nor transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

4. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 14 years of age (or any users), as all data remains strictly on the user's local device.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

The Service Provider does not hold any user data. Users have full control over their data:

- To modify or delete entries, users can do so directly within the Application.

- To permanently erase all data, users can clear the Application's storage via device settings or simply uninstall the Application.

6. Your Rights under GDPR

Even though the Service Provider does not process or access your personal data, under the GDPR you maintain full ownership of your information. Because all data is stored locally on your device, you exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, and portability) directly by managing your data within the Application or uninstalling it.
