Vitaly Radsky

I am a 6th year PhD student in education policy at UNC Chapel Hill's School of Education (PLS program). I study the history of school desegregation and education reform, student assignment and school choice policies, and college access and affordability.

I am also a school planner at Durham Public Schools where I support the design and implementation of student assignment policy, lead long range and annual enrollment projections, conduct school choice analysis, and construct spatial methods for measuring school poverty and student disadvantage in the district.
