VITAL is a bilingual English/Korean platform where schools, academies and institutions in Korea can post instructor job openings, and where verified instructors can search, browse and apply. VITAL은 학교, 학원, 기관이 강사 채용 공고를 게시하고, 검증된 강사가 검색·열람·지원할 수 있는 영한 이중언어 플랫폼입니다.
Services & Pricing 서비스 및 요금
VITAL charges a single flat posting fee to schools, regardless of gig type (short-term, freelance, or full-time), ranging from ₩5,000/day to ₩80,000/3 months depending on posting duration. This fee is for access to VITAL's posting, search, and messaging tools — it is not tied to whether a hire results from the posting. Schools may also subscribe for ₩120,000/month for unlimited postings, billed automatically to the payment method on file until cancelled. Schools may optionally pay a flat ₩10,000 fee to boost a single posting's visibility in instructor search results. VITAL은 계약 형태(단기, 프리랜서, 정규직)와 관계없이 학교에 단일 정액 게시 수수료를 부과합니다 (게시 기간에 따라 ₩5,000/일 ~ ₩80,000/3개월). 이 수수료는 VITAL의 게시·검색·메시지 기능 이용에 대한 것이며, 채용 성사 여부와는 무관합니다. 학교는 월 ₩120,000의 구독을 통해 무제한으로 공고를 게시할 수 있으며, 취소 전까지 등록된 결제 수단으로 자동 결제됩니다. 또한 특정 공고의 강사 검색 노출도를 높이기 위해 선택적으로 정액 ₩10,000의 부스팅 수수료를 납부할 수 있습니다.
Instructors are not charged any fee to search, browse, or contact employers on VITAL. 강사는 VITAL에서 검색, 열람, 연락하는 데 어떠한 수수료도 부담하지 않습니다.
Pay for actual instruction/teaching work is arranged and paid directly between the school and instructor — VITAL does not process, collect, or hold any payment for this work. 실제 강의·수업 업무에 대한 급여는 학교와 강사 간 직접 협의 및 지급되며, VITAL은 이에 대한 결제를 처리하지 않습니다.
1. Introduction 소개
VITAL (Verified Instructors To All Locations) is operated by 바이탈 VITAL, a registered Korean business. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use the VITAL app, in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA / 개인정보보호법).
VITAL(Verified Instructors To All Locations)은 한국 등록 사업체 바이탈 VITAL이 운영합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 한국 개인정보보호법(PIPA)에 따라 VITAL 앱 사용 시 개인정보 수집, 이용 및 보호 방법을 설명합니다.

Enable in-app messaging between accepted parties — 수락된 당사자 간 앱 내 메시지 기능 제공
Allow employers to search instructor profiles via Instructor Search — 고용주가 강사 검색 기능을 통해 강사 프로필을 검색할 수 있도록 함

VITAL does not process, hold, or transmit any payment for instruction/teaching work performed. VITAL은 실제 강의·수업 업무에 대한 어떠한 결제도 처리, 보관 또는 전송하지 않습니다.
4. Instructor Search & Contact Visibility 강사 검색 및 연락처 공개
When you register as an instructor on VITAL, the following profile information is visible to verified employer accounts when they use the Instructor Search feature:

Contact information (phone number, email address) is revealed automatically and free of charge once an employer accepts an instructor's application to a job posting — there is no fee for this and no separate reveal step required. Prior to acceptance, contact information is not displayed.
연락처(전화번호, 이메일 주소)는 고용주가 강사의 지원을 수락하면 무료로 자동 공개됩니다 — 별도의 수수료나 공개 절차가 없습니다. 수락 전에는 연락처가 표시되지 않습니다.
5. Messaging Data 메시지 데이터
VITAL provides an in-app messaging system available only after an application has been accepted. The following applies to messaging data:

Messages are stored securely on Supabase servers — 메시지는 Supabase 서버에 안전하게 저장됩니다

VITAL does not monitor messages in real-time but reserves the right to review messages in response to user complaints — VITAL은 메시지를 실시간으로 모니터링하지 않지만 불만에 대응하여 검토할 권리를 보유합니다
Users are free to share contact information (phone, email, KakaoTalk, etc.) through messaging to arrange their work — VITAL does not restrict this. 사용자는 업무 진행을 위해 메시지를 통해 연락처를 자유롭게 공유할 수 있습니다 — VITAL은 이를 제한하지 않습니다.

6. Information Sharing 정보 공유
We share your information only in the following circumstances: 다음의 경우에만 정보를 공유합니다:
Instructors and Employers — Profile information is visible to relevant parties on the platform. Contact details are shared automatically upon application acceptance, free of charge. 강사 및 고용주 — 프로필 정보는 플랫폼 내 관련 당사자에게 표시됩니다. 연락처는 지원 수락 시 무료로 자동 공유됩니다.
Payment information — Shared with PortOne (KG이니시스) for secure processing of posting fees, subscription billing, and boosted listing payments. 결제 정보는 게시 수수료 결제 처리를 위해서만 PortOne(KG이니시스)과 공유됩니다.
Email delivery — Verification and notification emails are sent via Resend (resend.com) from noreply@vital-korea.com. Email delivery data is shared with Resend solely for this purpose. 이메일 발송 - 인증 및 알림 이메일은 noreply@vital-korea.com을 통해 Resend(resend.com)를 통해 발송됩니다.
Google Maps — Job location data is shared with Google Maps API for displaying locations. 수업 위치 데이터는 Google Maps API와 공유됩니다.
Legal Requirements — We may disclose information if required by Korean law or legal process. 한국 법률 또는 법적 절차에 따라 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다.
We never sell your personal information to third parties. 귀하의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
7. Data Storage & Security 데이터 저장 및 보안
All data is stored securely on Supabase servers — 모든 데이터는 Supabase 서버에 안전하게 저장됩니다
Profile photos and certificates are stored in Supabase Storage — 프로필 사진 및 증명서는 Supabase Storage에 저장됩니다
We use industry standard encryption for all data transmission — 모든 데이터 전송에 업계 표준 암호화를 사용합니다
Payment information — Processed securely through PortOne (KG이니시스) for posting fees only — 결제 정보는 게시 수수료에 한해 PortOne(KG이니시스)을 통해 안전하게 처리됩니다
We retain your data for as long as your account is active — 계정이 활성 상태인 동안 데이터를 보관합니다
8. Push Notifications 푸시 알림

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. 기기 설정에서 언제든지 푸시 알림을 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
9. Location Data 위치 데이터
Job locations entered by employers are displayed on Google Maps within the app — 고용주가 입력한 수업 위치는 앱 내 Google Maps에 표시됩니다
We do not track your real-time GPS location — 실시간 GPS 위치를 추적하지 않습니다
Location information is used solely for displaying job locations to instructors — 위치 정보는 강사에게 수업 위치를 표시하는 용도로만 사용됩니다
10. Children's Privacy 아동 개인정보
VITAL is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. VITAL은 18세 미만 사용자를 위한 서비스가 아닙니다. 미성년자의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
11. Your Rights 귀하의 권리

12. Cookies & Tracking 쿠키 및 추적
VITAL does not use cookies or third-party tracking tools. We only collect data necessary to operate the platform. VITAL은 쿠키 또는 제3자 추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 플랫폼 운영에 필요한 데이터만 수집합니다.
13. Changes to This Policy 정책 변경
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of VITAL after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. 본 개인정보 처리방침을 수시로 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경사항은 앱을 통해 사용자에게 알립니다.
14. Refund Policy 환불 정책
공고 게시 수수료는 게시 시작 후 환불되지 않습니다.
Job posting fees are non-refundable once the posting has begun.
결제 오류 또는 중복 결제의 경우 전액 환불됩니다.
In case of payment errors or duplicate charges, a full refund will be issued.
