This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
While using Our Application, we do not require you to provide us with any personally identifiable information directly. The application is designed to function primarily locally on your device.
Usage Data: All data regarding your water consumption, morning routines, mood tracking, movement/activity logs, and personal notes are stored locally on your device using Android's internal storage (Room database and DataStore). This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to any external server controlled by us.
To provide a full experience, the Application may request the following permissions:
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): To send you reminders for water intake, morning routines, mood check-ins, and movement breaks.
Boot Completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): To restore your scheduled reminders after your device restarts.
Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM): To deliver your reminders at the precise times you have set.
Vibrate: To provide haptic feedback for notifications and in-app interactions.
Internet & Network State (INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required only to load and display advertisements.
This Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app.
Google AdMob: Google may use advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to show personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage your ad preferences or reset/delete your advertising ID through your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Google Play Services: Used for app distribution, performance monitoring, and to support the AdMob SDK.
Firebase (Google): Used for application stability and crash reporting purposes. Firebase may collect technical information such as device model, OS version, and crash logs in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
For more information about how these services handle your data, please review:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
AdMob Policy: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
We do not use external servers to store your personal logs, mood history, routines, notes, or any health-related data. Everything remains under your control on your mobile device. However, please be aware that third-party advertising and analytics partners may collect data as described in their own privacy policies.
Because all personal data (water logs, routines, mood entries, movement sessions, notes, and app preferences) is stored locally on your device, we do not retain any of your personal data on our servers — we never receive it in the first place.
On-device data is kept on your device for as long as the application is installed, or until you choose to delete it (see Section 6 below).
Advertising identifiers processed by Google AdMob are retained according to Google's own retention schedule. Google typically retains this information for a limited period as described in its privacy policy.
Crash and diagnostic data sent to Firebase (if enabled) is retained by Google according to Firebase's standard retention period (generally up to 90 days for crash reports and up to 60 days for performance data).
Since your data lives only on your device, you are in full control of deleting it at any time. You can remove your data in any of the following ways:
Clear app data from Android settings (recommended): Go to Settings → Apps → VitaFlow → Storage → Clear Storage / Clear Data. This will instantly delete all of your local data, including water logs, routines, mood records, movement sessions, notes, and app preferences.
Uninstall the application: Removing VitaFlow from your device automatically deletes all data the app has stored locally. No data remains on your device after uninstallation.
Reset your Advertising ID: To delete the advertising identifier used by Google AdMob, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or "Reset advertising ID") on your Android device.
Request deletion of any other data: If you believe any data relating to you has been collected and you wish to have it deleted, you can contact us at ocakli34@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).
Once your local data is deleted, it cannot be recovered, as we do not keep backups on any server.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
Depending on the laws of your country (such as GDPR in the EU or KVKK in Turkey), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data relating to you. Because VitaFlow stores all your data locally on your device, you can exercise these rights directly using the steps in Section 6. For any additional questions, please contact us using the details below.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
