Welcome to Visya AI Canvas products and related services! Thank you for using our products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). By using our services, you agree to this service agreement. Please carefully read the contents of this service agreement, fully understand and comply with the relevant terms. This agreement applies to all Visya AI App products/services, including the services and product upgrades and updates you use during the term of this agreement.
If you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms while reading it, please immediately stop using our services.
We will revise this agreement based on changes in relevant laws and regulations, the company's operating conditions, adjustments to business strategies, and upgrades to products and services. After the updated agreement terms are released, they will effectively replace the original agreement terms. You can use this product service to check the latest version of the agreement terms at any time. If you do not agree with the changes in the agreement, please immediately stop using this product service. If you continue to use this product service, it will be deemed as acceptance of changes to this agreement.
If you are a minor under the age of 18, we recommend that you ask your guardian to carefully read this agreement and use our products and/or services or provide us with information with the consent of your guardian.
1. Service content and form
1.1 Service Content Visya AI App is an "AI Painting Creation" product based on various independently developed open-source deep learning algorithms and image algorithm innovations. It aims to provide image drawing and related image editing and special effects editing functions, dedicated to providing inspiration for the public to create visual content and assisting them in artistic creation
1.2 Service Form: To use this service, you need to download and use the application we downloaded from the legitimate app store on iOS: Visya AI， We grant you a personal, non transferable, and non exclusive license. You can only use these products and services to access or use this service.
1.3 Scope of AI Painting Service License: You may use our AI services for any purpose that complies with the laws of your country or region, including commercial and non-commercial purposes, to produce images and videos in all countries and regions worldwide, subject to compliance with local laws. On the premise of not violating the laws and regulations of your country or region, the copyright and usage rights of the works you create through our services belong to you, and we do not claim any rights to these works. But you also need to be responsible for the content you create, such as not copying others' works through artificial intelligence technology, infringing on others' copyrights, not infringing on others' portrait rights, and other legal aspects. For details, please refer to Article 2 "User Behavior Norms and Usage Restrictions" of this agreement.
2. User behavior norms and precautions
2.1 Product/Service Usage Standards
(1) You guarantee that you will not directly or indirectly:
① Delete, hide, or modify any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary notices displayed or contained on the Visya AI App products/services;
② Interfering or attempting to interfere in any way with the normal operation of Visya AI App products/services or any part or function;
③ Avoid, attempt to avoid, or claim to avoid any content protection mechanisms or Visya AI App product/service data measurement tools;
(2) Without written permission from the company, no user or third party shall directly or indirectly steal the videos, graphics, or other information content of the Visya AI App products and related services in any way (including but not limited to chain theft, redundant theft, illegal crawling, simulated downloads, deep links, false registrations, etc.), nor shall they delete or modify the permission management electronic information of related information content in any form (including but not limited to hiding or modifying domain names, platform specific identifiers, usernames, etc.).
(3) After obtaining written permission from the company, the sharing, forwarding, and other behaviors of users and third parties regarding Creative AI Canvas App products and related services should also comply with the following norms:
① The source web pages of Creative AI Canvas App products and related services shall not be altered in any form, including but not limited to homepage links, advertising system links, and other entrances to Creative AI Canvas App products and services, nor shall any form of obstruction, insertion, popping up, or other obstacles be caused to the display of the source web pages of Creative AI Canvas App products and related services;
② Safe, effective, and strict measures should be taken to prevent third parties from illegally obtaining the information content of Creative AI Canvas App products and related services in any form, including but not limited to "spider" programs;
③ Please do not use the relevant data content for purposes outside the scope of the company's written permission, and do not disclose, provide, or allow third parties to use it in any way. If the user violates the above guarantees and causes losses to Visya AI App products, services, users or any partners, the user shall bear all legal responsibilities and compensate for the losses.
(4) You are not allowed to use this network service system for any illegal purposes; Do not use Visya AI– Canvas App product service network service system to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;
(5) You are not allowed to use Visya AI App products/services for the following activities:
① Unauthorized access to computer information networks or use of computer information network resources;
② Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of computer information network functions;
③ Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks;
④ Intentionally creating and spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses;
⑤ Other behaviors that pose a threat to computer information network security.
Third party websites and services
The App may contain links to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these sites or services. You access these sites or services at your own risk.
Disclaimer
We strive to provide quality features and services. However, these are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose of any material or information provided through the Site or Services, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected. You acknowledge that access to the Site and Services is at your own discretion and risk.
We do not record any user activity (visits to third party websites, etc.), we only record anonymous information about analysis log data for troubleshooting and service improvement purposes. We do not engage in any form of censorship. We will not provide your personal information to any third party.

Visya AI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the App, you agree to all changes.
