2. Who Uses the App

The App is used only by our authorized collection agents for collection activities.

3. Information We Collect

Account information: Login credentials, such as username and password. and PIN.

4. Permissions We Use

• Location (fine/coarse): To record the location of collection and verification visits and to prevent fraud.

• Camera: To capture documents.

• Storage/Photos: To select and upload images and documents, and to save PDF reports and receipts.

• Internet/Network state: To sync data with our servers and check connectivity.

The App may open WhatsApp (if installed) so you can share a receipt or message a customer. We do not read your WhatsApp messages or contacts.

5. How We Use Information

• Verify loan request identity and complete KYC

• Process loan verification forms and store supporting documents

• Generate collection reports, dashboards, charts, and PDF receipts

• Prevent fraud and verify field activity

• Provide support, fix bugs, and improve the App

• Comply with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with regulators or authorities where required by law. 

7. Data Security

Data is transmitted to our servers over HTTPS. ID proofs and KYC documents are stored with access controls, and access is limited to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Data Retention

We keep KYC, and collection records for the period required by applicable laws and regulations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data

• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

To make a request, email us with the subject “Data Request”. We will respond within days. Some data may need to be retained where the law requires it. You can also revoke location, camera, and storage permissions in Settings > Apps > Permissions.

Account and data deletion: You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us with the subject “Account Deletion”.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this link with a new effective date.
