The biggest difference is that Express editions do not support plugins (No ReSharper, no add-ons). But I want to use Snap7.net.dll

I have compiled the wrapper with visual studio express C# 2013

Is this possible ? My knowledge of Visual studio is limited.

How do I create the right DLL to work with snap7.
