Premier Package Examples

This front yard showcased custom water features with upscale low voltage lighting around synthetic turf, custom concrete, and upscale flower beds complete with foliage and a drip system. We used a glacial white rock to compliment the black mulch flower beds and matching glacial white boulders to highlight the from yard turning them into natural water fountains.

This backyard project showcased every element of the premiere package with a small deck, outdoor coverings, custom water features and bench seating wrapped in a flower bed, a paver inlay path, beautiful fire pit , new sod  and plants with irrigation throughout, and concrete work to extend the patio.

For this client we created a custom one of a kind backyard experience full of custom features. We fabricated a custom water feature matching the clients favorite hunting arrow. Next we created a custom sunken firepit complete with Trex Deck seating and a custom fabricated wood burning firepit. We built a floating deck structurally engineered to hold the client's hot tub and added artificial turf for the dogs to enjoy playing on as well.

Essential Package

$2-$10 per square foot

Includes ground coverage in the form of rock, breeze, mulch, and/or entry level turf or sod with landscape edging. It can also include small amounts of foliage with a spigot drip line. This package can be more of a xeriscape package unless turf or sod is desired. This Package will come with a basic rendering included with the square footage price.

Intermediate Package

$5-$20 per square foot

Includes ground coverage from the Essential Package as well as pavers, synthetic turf, natural grass, minimal concrete with upscale edging, a sizeable amount of foliage with a sprinkler system, and a drip line. A low voltage lighting system, small water feature and/or a fire pit can be included within this package if desired.  Proper drainage can be included if necessary within this package as well. This Package will come with a simple digital rendering included with the square footage price.

Premium Package

$15 and up per square foot

This package can include any materials and features from the previous two packages if desired, but a higher quality and a grander scale. An outdoor covering may be included in this package as well. This Package will come with an advanced 3-D rendering included with the square footage price.
