The Grand Mosque is open for visits from 8:00 am to 11:00 am daily, except on Fridays and holidays.
Dress code: Women should wear attire covering their arms and legs and should cover their head with a scarf. Men should wear normal shirts and trousers.
Bait Al Zubair Museum and the Grand Mosque are closed on Fridays.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for exploring the souqs and historic sites.
