1. Introduction
Visit by MSO is a business visit management application designed for sales representatives, market executives, and business teams to manage market visits, geo-tagged selfies, product operations, visit reporting, and related business activities.
This Privacy Policy explains how the application collects, uses, stores, and protects user information while using the mobile application.
By using the application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Permissions Used
2.1 Camera Permission
The application uses camera access to capture visit selfies, business visit photos, and geo-tagged images for visit verification and reporting purposes.
2.2 Location Permission
The application accesses device location to generate geo-tagged visit records including latitude, longitude, and area information for visit tracking and verification.
Location data is used only for business visit purposes and is not publicly shared.
2.3 Photos and Media Permission
The application may access device storage, photos, or media files for:
- Saving generated visit images
- Sharing visit reports
- Importing product JSON files
- Selecting and processing files from the device
2.4 Internet Permission
Internet access is used for:
- API communication
- Syncing business data
- Uploading and downloading required application data
- Secure server communication
The application may request access to device contacts solely to help users select an existing contact while creating or adding a new outlet.
Contact information is accessed only after the user explicitly chooses to select a contact from the device's contact list.
The application does not upload, synchronize, store, sell, or share the user's contact list on any server. Only the contact selected by the user may be used to populate outlet information within the application.
Access to contacts is optional and can be revoked at any time through the device settings.
2.6 Google Account and Google Drive Access
The application may allow users to sign in with their Google Account for the purpose of backing up and restoring outlet data.
When the user chooses to use the Backup or Restore feature, the application requests access to the user's Google Drive App Data folder using Google's secure authentication system.
The application only accesses the application's private backup storage area within Google Drive and does not access, view, modify, or share the user's personal Google Drive files, photos, documents, emails, or other Google account content.
Google Drive access is used solely for:
Creating outlet data backups
Updating existing backup files
Restoring previously created backup files
Maintaining business data continuity when changing or reinstalling devices
The application uses the Google Drive AppData scope, which provides access only to the application's private backup folder and not to the user's general Google Drive files.
The application may allow users to:
Open and import JSON product files shared through external applications such as WhatsApp, email, or file manager applications.
Create structured backup files containing outlet information.
Upload backup files to the user's Google Drive App Data folder.
Restore outlet data from previously stored backup files.
All backup and restore operations occur only after explicit user action.
The application does not automatically upload user data to Google Drive without user interaction.
Backup files may contain business-related outlet information including:
Outlet name
Mobile number
Area or location information
User-created outlet records
Backup files are stored within the user's Google Drive App Data folder, which is accessible only by the application and the authenticated Google account owner.
The application does not use Google Drive backup data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties.
Data may only be processed by authorized systems or service providers required for application functionality and maintenance.
Any sharing performed through external applications is initiated solely by the user.
If the user chooses to use Google Drive backup services, backup files are stored within the user's own Google Drive account under the application's private App Data folder. The application does not share, sell, or transfer Google Drive backup data to third parties except as required to provide the backup and restore functionality requested by the user.
6. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's Privacy
This application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. User Rights
Users may:
- Revoke application permissions anytime through device settings
- Remove locally stored files from their device
- Uninstall the application at any time
- Disconnect their Google Account from the application at any time through Google Account settings.
- Delete backup files stored by the application in Google Drive.
- Stop using Google Drive backup and restore functionality at any time.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be published with a revised effective date.

11. Google API Services Disclosure
Visit by MSO uses Google APIs solely to provide backup and restore functionality for outlet data.

Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In and Google Drive access is used exclusively for providing backup and restore features requested by the user and is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sold to third parties.
