Blue Sector is the station administration and operations zone. Apart from the docking bays and customs area, Blue Sector is authorised to EarthForce Military personnel and Babylon 5 Security only. You may meet with EarthForce officers by prior arrangement; but you may not visit Military restricted sectors without proper clearance through Security.

Station Commander: Commander Sinclair's office may be found on Blue 5. You may find him available, so long as he is off duty.
Observation Domes: Babylon 5 Command and Control is situated in Observation Dome 1, which is situated on Blue 1 near the core. This is a restricted EarthForce area.
Medlab and Isolab: Babylon 5 has 6 Medlab facilities. Medlab 1 is a xenobiological research centre, on Blue 2. This houses the Isolab, which provides alternative environments for exotic alien life-forms.
EarthForce Officers: We have billets for visiting EarthForce officers on Blue 3. If you are lucky, you may get to spend time with a Captain of an Omega Class Destroyer, if you want to chat about EarthForce military hardware.
Station Personnel: The accommodation for Babylon 5 Station personnel may be found on Blue 4. You may catch Lt. Cdr. Susan Ivanova and other officers when they are off-duty.
Cobra Bays: Four squadrons of Starfury fighters are stationed on Blue 9. You may get a guided tour if you are lucky, but only if there's no emergency.
Docking Bays: Passengers departing from Babylon 5 should proceed to the main Docking Bays on Blue 10.
Security Central: Babylon 5 Security is run from the main Station House. This is near Customs and Arrivals - follow the Security insignia.
