3. Scheduling and Access

Clients must ensure that the work area is accessible and free of obstructions on the agreed start date. Any delay caused by inaccessibility or unforeseen conditions may affect the project timeline and cost.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to notify may result in a cancellation fee.
Vision Painting Inc reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or other uncontrollable factors.

5. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Most painting services come with a limited workmanship warranty. This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by structural issues, water leaks, or other pre-existing conditions
Normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect
Surfaces not properly maintained after project completion

6. Liability

Vision Painting Inc is not responsible for:

Damage caused by pre-existing issues or hidden defects
Loss or damage due to delays caused by third parties or outside factors
Minor incidental damage during the course of work (e.g., scuffed surfaces)

We take precautions to protect your property and perform all work to industry standards.

7. Intellectual Property
