Welcome to Visionize AI Trading Copilot ("Visionize," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Chrome Extension, web services, and any related software (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

This Service is provided for educational, informational, and research purposes only. The information, analysis, trade setups, strategies, and any other content generated by Visionize (the "Content") are the product of an artificial intelligence model. They do not, under any circumstances, constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (A) VISIONIZE IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER, OR DEALER; (B) THE SERVICE IS NOT A TRADING OR INVESTMENT PLATFORM; AND (C) ANY AND ALL DECISIONS YOU MAKE TO BUY, SELL, HOLD, OR OTHERWISE TRANSACT IN SECURITIES AND OTHER INVESTMENTS ARE YOURS ALONE.

2. No Guarantees of Performance

Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. The Content provided by the Service is based on historical data and probabilistic models, which are inherently limited.

WE MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE, REPRESENTATION, OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR PROFITABILITY OF THE CONTENT. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. YOU BEAR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL FINANCIAL LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Visionize, its creators, affiliates, agents, directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage. You agree to use the Service at your sole risk.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Understanding the risks associated with trading.

• Making your own independent investment decisions.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

• Securing your account and personal information.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, introducing malicious code, or using the service for any illegal activities.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You authorize us and our third-party payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be refunded for the current period.

• Data Deletion on Cancellation: Upon the effective cancellation of your subscription, we reserve the right to permanently and irrevocably delete all of your user data, including but not limited to, your journal entries, analysis history, and custom strategies. This action cannot be undone.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Visionize and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Visionize and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visionize operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
