These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply when you purchase subscriptions or in-app items within **Visionary: AI Maker** via the Google Play Store. In the event of a conflict regarding billing, these terms take precedence.
## 1. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
We offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features and enhanced capabilities within the Service.
- **Billing Cycle:** Subscriptions are billed automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) to your Google Play account.
- **Renewal:** Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
## 2. Free Trials
We may offer subscriptions with a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price for the agreed-upon period.
## 3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- **How to Cancel:** Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription. You must cancel directly through your Google Play account settings (Google Play Store -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions).
- **Effect of Cancellation:** If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
## 4. Refunds
All transactions are handled by Google Play.
- **General Rule:** Subscriptions and in-app purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
- **Requesting a Refund:** If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it directly through the Google Play Store customer support. We cannot process refunds directly.
## 5. In-App Purchases (Consumables)
The app may offer one-time purchases, such as credits for generating specific AI videos. These credits are consumed upon use and do not renew. Consumable items cannot be transferred between different Google Play accounts.
## 6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for subscriptions and in-app purchases. Any price increases for active subscriptions will be communicated to you by Google Play in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel.
