2. TrueDepth API Usage

Our app uses Apple’s TrueDepth camera (if available) solely for the purpose of estimating the distance between your face and the device during certain vision tests.

The TrueDepth data is not recorded, not stored, and never leaves your device.
We do not use facial recognition, identity mapping, or any form of biometric authentication.
The data is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after use.

3. Face Data Disclosure

The app does not collect or retain any facial data, including any information that could be used to identify users.
No facial imagery, geometry, or mapping is stored or used for analysis, advertising, or sharing.

4. Health and Vision Data

All test results and exercise logs are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud (if enabled).
We do not collect, analyze, or upload any health data.
The app is for informational and wellness purposes only and does not provide medical advice.

5. Third-Party Access

We do not share any data with third parties. There are no analytics, advertising SDKs, or external data processorsintegrated into the app.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features in the app are available via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchase status is managed securely via Apple’s App Store mechanisms, and no financial data is handled by us directly.
