End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "End User") and the Licensor. By downloading and using the VisionSpace application (the "Application") from the Apple AppStore, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Ownership and License

The Application is owned and licensed by the Licensor. The Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use

2.1 You may not share or make the Application available to third parties, unless expressly allowed by the Apple Terms and Conditions and with the Licensor's prior written consent. You may not sell, rent, lend, lease, or redistribute the Application.

2.2 You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile, modify, create derivative works of, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, except with the Licensor's prior written consent.

2.3 You may not copy or alter the Application, except as expressly authorized by this license and the Usage Rules. You may create and store backup copies of the Application on devices that you own or control, as permitted by applicable terms and conditions.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You acknowledge that the Application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations. If your use of the Application would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Application. You may not use the Application in a way that would violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Maintenance and Support

The Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the Application.

5. User Generated Contributions

The Application may allow you to contribute content, such as text, images, videos, or other materials (collectively, "Contributions"). By making Contributions, you represent and warrant that your Contributions comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You grant the Licensor an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and modify your Contributions for any purpose.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 The Licensor warrants that the Application is free from malware at the time of download and functions as described in the user documentation.

6.2 The Licensor's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of a breach of essential contractual obligations. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

6.3 You are responsible for backing up your data and complying with applicable third-party terms and conditions.

7. Termination

This license is valid until terminated by either the Licensor or you. The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and destroy all copies of the Application in your possession.

8. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce its terms against you.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the VisionSpace application. By using the Application, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
