Q: I didn’t receive my daily notification. What should I do?
Go to Settings → Notifications on your device.
Confirm that vishuddhi notifications are enabled.
In the app, open Profile → Reminders and check your reminder time.
Q: How do I restore my Full Access purchase?
Open vishuddhi and tap Settings → Restore Purchases.
Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Q: The app is showing “Loading…” but no content appears.
Confirm you have a stable internet connection.
Try pulling down on the Home screen to refresh.
If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot.
