Bridging the worlds of Appalachian folk, jazz & Indian classical music
Vishnu, Davis & Haleigh is a cross-cultural collaboration between Birmingham, Alabama duo Davis Little (acoustic guitar) and Haleigh Black (violin) and Bengaluru, India musician Vishnu Ramprasad, an award-winning Carnatic fusion artist and inventor of the NAVTAR®, a one-of-a-kind 9-string instrument.
Their performances are rooted in Appalachian, jazz, and Indian classical traditions while remaining refreshingly original, driven by improvisation, curiosity, and genuine musical conversation.
After touring throughout the United States and India, the trio continues to bring audiences together through music that is soulful, joyful and full of surprises.
