The core aim of Rubrik is provide solutions for enterprise data protection. I work on protecting a particular product of VMWare called virtual Cloud Director (vCD). vCD is a cloud platform to operate and manage cloud-service businesses. It can be thought of as a flexible resource-allocator for different user groups and organizations. The projects that I have worked on are migration of the SDK from Java to Python across vCD versions 9.5 to 9.7 and higher and also optimizing the Python SDK for vCD 9.7.

Software Engineering Intern, Team GPay, Bangalore(India) May-July 2018

I worked on designing recommender systems for the GPay application. The signals I chose for the recommendations were (a) User's location and (b) User's history. The later can be achieved by Collaborative filtering and is similar to the recommendations for YouTube videos.
