Music Venues in London vs AirBnB prices

There seems to be a correlation between the location of music venues in Shoreditch and high AirBnB prices. Of course, a correlation does not necessarily mean causation. Not to say that music venues are causing higher AirBnB prices, or that high AirBnB prices are causing music venues to locate in Shoreditch.
