I have contributed research papers in the area of power system and power electronics using optimization techniques like Particle Swarm optimization, Teaching Learning Based Optimization (TLBO), Artificial Bee Colony Optimization and Fuzzy Logic that focus on topics Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) , UPQC and power electronics converter.

· Review paper on simulation software.
· Optimal location and value of FACTS devices in power system using the evolutionary optimization techniques for minimization of transmission loss, the installation cost of FACTS devices and voltage deviation as an objective function.
· The effect of static load, induction motor type of dynamic load and composite load on the stability of the island microgrid.
· Simulation model of power electronics converter.
· Guided 17 M. Tech dissertation. Currently I am guiding 2 M. Tech and 2 PhD candidates.
· To provide exposure of the numerical and practical with the help of simulation software.
