This Privacy Policy applies to the Vish Academy mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") created by Rukmani Devi (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported and Paid Educational Service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
User account details such as name, email address, or phone number provided during authentication

Provide and improve the Application services
Enable course access and purchases
Provide customer support
Send important updates, notices, or promotional communication
The Application does not collect precise location information from your device.
The Application currently does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process personal user data.
VishAcademy may use AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools to generate certain images, graphics, or visual content within the app for educational and promotional purposes.
These AI-generated images do not collect or process any personal data from users.
If any third-party AI tools are used, they are only utilized for content creation and do not have access to user information stored in the app.
The Application may offer paid courses and educational content. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
The Service Provider does not store your debit/credit card details, UPI credentials, or banking information on its servers. Payment information is handled directly by the payment gateway provider in accordance with their privacy and security policies.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:

Google AdMob (for advertisements)
Firebase Authentication
Firebase Firestore Database
Firebase Realtime Database

The Application displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisements may be shown to all users, including free and paid users, in the form of banner ads or other formats.

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes available on your device or through the application marketplace.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians may contact the Service Provider for assistance.
The Service Provider uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including secure Firebase infrastructure and trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
All purchases made within the Application are considered final.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the sole discretion of the Service Provider and in accordance with Razorpay payment policies.
