J. M. Zarzuelo is a Full Professor at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), where he currently works in the Faculty of Economics and Business. His research centers on Game Theory, Social Choice Theory, and Mathematical Economics, including contributions to coalitional game solutions, cost allocation, power indices, taxation, and exchange economies.  

Balakrishna J. Prabhu received M.Sc. (2002) in Electrical Communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and Ph.D. (2005) from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis, France. He is currently a CNRS researcher at LAAS, Toulouse, France. His research interests include performance evaluation of communication networks, in particular congestion control, peer-to-peer and wireless networks.
