Official guidelines for the VIRTUOSO Grand Prix – Albanian International Music Competition
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to musicians of all nationalities and ages.
Participants may apply as soloists or as part of chamber ensembles.
2. Categories
Participants may apply in the following categories:
Artistic Performance
Cultural & Regional Performance
Composition
Choral & Vocal Ensembles
Chamber Music
Young Talents (optional)
Schools & Choirs
3. Application Requirements
Participants must submit:
Full name
Category and instrument
Title of the piece performed
A video link (YouTube or similar platform)
Only one piece is required. Repertoire is free choice.
4. Video Guidelines
The video must clearly show the performer and instrument.
Live or studio recordings are accepted.
Editing or audio manipulation is not allowed.
Previously recorded videos are permitted.
5. Jury & Evaluation
The jury consists of professional musicians, educators, and international artists.
Evaluation criteria include:
Technical proficiency
Musical interpretation
Artistic expression
Overall performance quality
The organizer may serve as a member of the jury.
In cases of conflict of interest, the organizer will abstain from evaluating the candidate.

Choral & Ensemble Awards
Chamber Music Awards
Special Awards (jury discretion)
Certificate of Participation
All certificates are issued digitally.
7. Results
Results will be published online on the official announcement date.
All participants will receive their certificates via email.
8. Rights & Permissions
By submitting an application, participants authorize the competition to use their video links, names, and results for promotional purposes.

Participation fees are non‑refundable.
