His avid personality, brings VRC to a whole new perspective. The VRC has grown and grown since he entered the management team. As also a master of trainspotting, any issues dealt with on the VRC, is most likely to be resolved instantly, with Jarrad's enthusiasm on the Management Team. Half CEO, Mr. Declan Thomas Goodsell

'Declan is a enthusiastic and highly active member on VRC. Declan came up with the idea to create the VRC, back in 2016, and it has happened! Declan being the VRC Creator, he shares the VRC CEO role with Jarrad, making Declan and Jarrad half CEO. Declan also being the CEO for VRC Rail company, Wadal Rail. Liam is the CEO for VRC Rail company, Bluefern Logistics. Liam offers a wide range of freight transit skills, with his operated rail services along the network.
