Account Data: Name, email address, and mobile number (for both job seekers and recruiters).
User-Generated Content: Job postings, resumes, saved jobs, and service requests.
2. Automatically Collected Data & Third Parties We use third-party services like Google AdMob and Firebase which may automatically collect certain information to ensure app stability, provide relevant ads, and send notifications:
Device & Performance Data: Crash logs, diagnostic data, and Device IDs (via Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging for Push Notifications).
App Interactions: Ad interactions and advertising IDs (via Google AdMob) for analytics and fraud prevention.
3. Purpose of Collection Your data is strictly used to provide our core services, facilitate job applications, and match you with legitimate opportunities. We also securely collect your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you important push notifications regarding your account (such as job application updates) and daily reminders. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Your Rights (DPDP Act)
Right to Access: You can view your collected data at any time.
Right to Correction: You can update inaccurate data via Profile Settings.
Right to Erasure: Users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data directly from the Profile Settings inside the app using the "Delete Account & Data" feature. If assistance is required, users may also contact support.
Right to Opt-Out: You may turn off Push Notifications at any time through your device's system settings.
